Derby, UK — December 16, 2021 — Esker, a global cloud platform and leader in AI-driven process automation solutions for finance and customer service functions, today announced the winners of the 2021 Customer Impact Awards, as part of the Esker All Access Customer Conference. The Esker Impact Awards recognise and highlight customers and users who have achieved remarkable results with Esker’s technology and have gone the extra mile in transforming their business with automation.

The 2021 Impact Awards ceremony was held virtually on 16 December, with customers from across Northern Europe in attendance.

Nominees for this year’s awards came from across Esker’s suite of on-demand automation solutions in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash, and were subject to stringent judging criteria.

The winners, as announced by Alistair Nicholas, Managing Director, Esker Northern Europe, were as follows:

  • Advocate of the Year: Jonathon Ridley, Innovia Films
  • Biggest Champion: Cherie Bradford, Stelrad
  • Best Results: Two awards were made in this category; Medtronic, and Routeco

Alistair commented: “Every day our Esker community, which includes our employees, partners and customers, work together to promote positive sum growth. We do this by discovering better ways of improving the way that we all conduct business to maximise the investments made, make us all leaders in our own individual areas, and surpass previous successes.”

He continued: “We’ve had some very worthy winners this year and I’m sure we’ll see more customers achieving similar successes next year by embracing digital transformation to improve not just the speed, costs and visibility of their Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, but extending the benefits to their customers, making it easier to do business with them, as well as investing in solutions that strengthen customer and supplier relationships.”
